How do I go about a refund?Earrings are non refundable once purchased due to hygiene reasons. Necklaces can be returned within 14 days of purchase and must not be worn and in original box. Email us that you wish to return an item and a full refund will be processed once item received. Customer will be responsible for return postage costs.

What’s the best way to take care of my jewellery?Store jewellery in a cool dry place and avoid exposure to chemicals. Put jewellery on after you have applied cosmetics and perfumes due to these products can contain chemicals causing damage to your precious jewellery. Clean jewellery using a soft cloth.

Is my order quality checked before shipping?Every order is quality checked before dispatch to customers to ensure no item is faulty, damaged or loose when the order is packaged by hand. All jewellery is made in small batches therefore faults are high unlikely and quality control is highly important for us as a brand.

How do I go about Customs and Tax on international orders?We endeavour to meet all regulations with all custom forms declared from UK with tax details that are paid by the customer clearly displayed on the packaging. However we are not liable for any additional charges that may occur to a customer by customs to release a order in their designated country. Items rejected or returned are non-refundable for postage costs.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards for payments such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Maestro for you to complete transactions on your purchases with us. Every purchase you will receive an email with an invoice and another notification at dispatch.
